If you're not into makeup, move along! This post will be all about the makeup I love. Tell me what you use in the comments! Is there something I should try? Let me know!
A few weeks ago, I started working on a project for the nonprofit I created. In the five years that Guerrilla Feminism has been active, we have received MANY questions from people wanting to learn about various terms, ideas, etc. In the beginning, I would often say: "Use Google!" But as time went on, I began thinking about just HOW MUCH SHIT is on the internet. How do you know if what you're reading is legit? How do you know what you're reading is from an inclusive space or person? Well, GF DARC takes the guesswork out of that!
A disturbing trend i've been noticing (for quite sometime) is one of entitlement in online spaces. I could talk forever about this entitlement, as it erupts in literally every single space of the internet, but for the sake of brevity, I'll only be talking about it in feminist spaces. More specifically, I'll be talking about how it shows up on Guerrilla Feminism--the org I created five years ago.
Today marks two years since my breakup. This date will probably always be accessible to my brain. I'm someone who is good with remembering dates, whether they are bad or good, so I don't see myself forgetting this particular date anytime soon.
